1. Using UK Path Invoice Handler
UK Path Invoice Handler is provided to help freelancers and small businesses track invoices and send payment reminder emails. By creating an account, you agree to use the service only for legitimate business invoicing and to keep your login details secure.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoice, client and reminder information you enter. You must not use UK Path Invoice Handler to send unsolicited, misleading or abusive communications to any recipient.
3. Subscription plans
UK Path Invoice Handler offers Free, Starter and Business plans with different invoice limits and features, as described on our Pricing page. Plan limits are enforced automatically. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
4. Payment links
UK Path Invoice Handler allows you to attach a payment link (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, Revolut Business, Wise, or a bank transfer page) to your invoices for inclusion in reminder emails. UK Path Invoice Handler does not process payments itself and is not responsible for the availability or security of third-party payment providers.
5. Email delivery
Reminder emails are sent on your behalf using the templates and schedule you configure. While we take reasonable steps to ensure reliable delivery, we cannot guarantee that every email will be delivered or read.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your account at any time. Your data will be retained in line with our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of UK Path Invoice Handler after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
