How UK Path Invoice Handler works

From first invoice to final payment, here's exactly what happens.

1. Add your clients and invoices

Create a client once, then log invoices against them — amount, due date, currency and an optional payment link from Stripe, PayPal, Revolut, Wise or your own bank transfer page.

2. Choose your reminder templates

Use our six professional default templates — friendly reminder, due-today nudge, two overdue follow-ups, a final reminder, and a thank-you — or write your own in plain English.

3. Turn on automation (optional)

Switch on automatic reminders and pick which stages to send: 1 day before due, on the due date, and 3, 7 and 14 days after. UK Path Invoice Handler sends them for you.

4. Everything is tracked

Every reminder — automatic or manual — is logged on the invoice's chase history timeline, so you always know what was sent and when.

5. Reminders stop automatically

As soon as you mark an invoice as paid, reminders stop and a thank-you email goes out. Cancelled invoices are never chased.
